Born and raised in the small town of Grass Valley, CA, and a resident of Chico for over 20 years. A former teacher with a BA in Education, Tamara uses an educational approach with her clients, ensuring they fully understand the homes they’re viewing and each step of the purchasing process.
Tamara never forgets the impact having the right home can have on someone and approaches each showing with that in mind. Communicating early and often, Tamara’s warmth ensures her clients are kept up-to-date throughout the entire home buying and selling process. Tamara’s expertise and unwavering dedication to research around current market conditions allow her to be an informed sounding board for her clients. When she is not working to find someone the perfect home, Tamara spends her time with her family, dogs,and friends. She loves working out, or riding her bike, and going on adventures.
